Nibiru is an on-demand home-services marketplace where customers describe a job and get matched to nearby pros. Booking, comms, and job details stay inside one guided flow.
The problem
Homeowners describe problems inconsistently, so dispatch ends up playing phone tag to qualify the job. Pros lose leads when response SLAs are unclear and calendars are not tied to offers. Trust breaks when pricing, scope, and location are not captured before someone drives across town.
How we solved it
We added an AI-assisted intake that turns free text into structured job categories, urgency, and photos. Matching ranks pros by skills, distance, rating, and real-time availability slots. Integrated maps and address confirmation reduce wrong-house arrivals. In-app chat and optional video support resolve edge cases without swapping apps. Automated invoices and payment capture close the loop for repeat customers. Provider dashboards surface earnings, upcoming jobs, and completion metrics at a glance.
