Bulky is a B2B bulk-delivery workspace for dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse teams. Orders, proof-of-delivery, and live fleet status stay in one place instead of scattered chats and spreadsheets.
The problem
Bulk shipments break down when dispatch updates do not reach drivers, and POD photos live in personal inboxes. Route changes are costly—fuel and time leak when fleets are coordinated manually. Ops teams lack a trustworthy audit trail for who picked up, when, and where.
How we solved it
We built role-based flows: dispatch creates and assigns jobs; drivers execute with one-tap status updates and photo POD. Live map tracking gives customers and ops a shared picture of ETAs without calling the driver. Smart batching groups nearby drops to cut deadhead miles. Push + in-app notifications keep exceptions (delays, refusals) visible immediately. Exports and timestamps support billing disputes and SLA reporting. Admin dashboards summarize on-time performance by lane and vendor.
