The problem

How we solved it
We designed separate consumer and provider journeys with role onboarding and tailored dashboards. Requests → offers → acceptance keeps pricing and scope explicit before work starts. In-app chat and structured job updates reduce phone tag. Credit packages and earnings views align monetization for providers while keeping checkout simple for buyers. Calendar-based scheduling anchors availability. Trust signals (verification, completion, reviews) sit beside every decision so homeowners book with confidence.
